Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ!! 1. Client information and consent forms must be filled out 24hs before any future appointment bookings. The service will not be performed without them completed. If you are having any issues with the forms links please reach out to me by email at contact@ettajdermaes.com 2. NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN THE SUITE ROOM!!! As a service provider, I will be working in a small area along with harmful and/or hazardous materials that could harm children. That is TDLR protocol. I will also need to ensure my full attention is solely focused on providing an excellent service. Please make arrangements before booking an appointment. 3. I do not perform full brazilian services on minors under the age of 18 years old. you might also be asked to present an Identification before being checked-In. 4. A 5-minute grace period is in place if you are running behind however, due to running late, modifications could be made to your appointment. If available, the appointment can be moved down to a later slot. there are no guarantees that you will be seen, so please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early for any possible traffic and to find parking. 5. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will have a 24 hour limit. 6. Wipes are provided in the room for intimate services and must be used before starting. No exceptions!! If any kind of residue is left on the area, you will be asked to use the wipes to remove it.
